Shantel is originally from Fridley, Minnesota.  She has been a music administrator and grants specialist for many arts organizations including the country's largest youth orchestra organization, the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (Minnesota).

Her experience with non-profit arts organizations has led to her success with an independent grant writing and arts consulting firm, Shadow Communications.

As an amateur trumpeter, Shantel has had the opportunity to perform at the Sydney Opera House (Australia), Royal Albert Hall (England), Aotea Centre (New Zealand), on the Great Wall (China) and Carnegie Hall.

Shantel was the Senior Booking Coordinator for the Dallas Brass from 2000 - 2005.

Shantel and her husband Dan have four children, Marissa, Leah, Sawyer and Carver.

Sabrina brings a vast array of experiences to the performing arts industry. 

As a musician, she has performed all across the United States, Europe, and Central America.  Sabrina held the position of principal alto horn for the Lake Wobegon^® Brass Band for 10 years.  She is currently principal french horn in the Northern Symphony Orchestra.  

Sabrina has been a music educator for 17 years teaching elementary, middle, and high school band and orchestra as well as music composition.  During that time, she has conducted numerous performances in concert halls throughout Minnesota.  Sabrina has also participated as a guest speaker for educators promoting fund-raising, recruiting, and achieving excellence in the area of music education. 

As a volunteer, Sabrina has organized several charity events raising over $70,000 for children’s health and safety issues.  She served as treasurer on the board of directors for the Lake Wobegon^® Brass Band for three years.  Sabrina is currently a member of the Association of Performing Arts Presenters membership committee which is overseeing the process of recruiting and retaining nationwide membership in Arts Presenters. 

Sabrina lives in a Minneapolis suburb with her husband, Steve, and children, Savannah, Spencer, and Sophie.
